چکیده
Abstract In this paper, the problems which can occur when wastewater is discharged into surface water bodies are considered. Modern methods of treatment presented: mechanical, chemical, biological, physical-and-chemical, and combined methods. Examples green infrastructure technologies with biofiltration function given, easy to use effective in both urban production runoffs, principles landscape gardening. Characteristics swale, filtration strip, bioplateaus, biopools, phytofilters provided. The effectiveness biological bioengineering facilities described. Results presented on research using highbog peat, charcoal, expanded perlite, overburned brick, celadon green, foam glass, flux from welding shop a pipe-rolling plant, rolling scrap as sorbing agents for acid containing iron.

Neurofibromatosis, its types and treatment prospects
Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder that causes tumors in nerve tissue. These tumors can grow in any part of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord and nerves. The disease gene can be passed from a parent to a child through marked autosomal dominant inheritance or it can happen due to a spontaneous mutation of a gene. A parent with neurofibromatosis has a 50% chance of passing...
متن کاملEvaluation of the Treatment of Pharmaceutical Industry Wastewater Using Chemical and Biological Methods (Case Study: Treatment of Wastewater Produced by Production of Methadone and Capecitabine)
Background & objectives: Pharmaceutical wastewater contains high concentrations of organic matter, high salt and difficult biodegradability, so it must be treated before discharge to the environment. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater (methadone feedstock and neutralized capecitabine) using chemical and biological methods. Methods: The laboratory ...
متن کاملAnaerobic Methods of Distillery Waste and Wastewater Treatment
During alcohol production, large amounts of waste and wastewater are produced. These may have a considerable environmental impact by polluting both water bodies and soil, by causing an adverse climatic effect and odour nuisance. Due to the high concentration of organic matter, both distillery waste and wastewater at the same time do have a great nutrient and energy potential that can be utilise...
